Permissions and costs

When you connect, the consent screen lists the permissions (OAuth scopes) the assistant asked for. Untick anything you do not want it to have; you can reconnect later to grant more.

Team-member permissions still apply

The assistant can never do more than you can in the dashboard. Running Instant Measures requires the Instant Measure privilege; ordering Human-Certified Measure Reports requires the Human-Certified Measure Report privilege; sales members only see leads assigned to them. A company administrator can switch off AI-assistant access for any team member under Settings → Team Members.

Allowances

  • AI-assistant Instant Measures: 10/hour, 25/day per company (administrators can adjust this). The dashboard and mobile app have their own, larger allowance.
  • Every connected assistant is limited to 120 tool calls per minute.

Human-Certified Measure Reports

Each order uses a free report credit when available, otherwise a card hold for the company's report fee (default $10) that is captured when the report is delivered. Failed reports are never charged. Tools return the price and credit balance before ordering, and the assistant is instructed to confirm with you first.
